The puffer fish effect is a psychological phenomenon... The puffer fish is usually a normal n cute looking one.. but wen it's put under too much pressure it inflates itself n open up thorns around it which will make others to reach it or touch it .. the fish deflates wen the pressure is off.. making it calm n composed.. it becomes a cute adorable looking fish again .. it goes the same way for people.. when they are put under too much pressure they push everyone away making themselves unreachable and when they are calm.. u can approach and go near them .. so wen a person is under too much pressure pls give them the space to breathe and to become a normal person again ... !!
