When You Are Old — W. B. Yeats :

"But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face;"

Meaning:
The poem imagines the person he loves looking back on her life when she is old. Many people may have loved her beauty, but the poet says that he loved something deeper—her soul, her sadness, and the person she truly was.
It's a beautiful expression of unrequited or unrecognized love: loving someone sincerely without necessarily receiving the same depth of love in return. 💔

Simple takeaway:
Sometimes the deepest love is the one that quietly stays, even when it isn't chosen. ❤️
